I think I asked and received an answer to this question on the Aug theme board. I think the answer is no swapping cards.

Also see the 5th line of the rules post above - no swapping.

Correct, no swapping cards and if the player has more than one card above the stated minimums you must declare the card. Therefore, Andy didn't need to declare Reggie because he has only 1 card above 9million, however, if someone drafted Brett for example they would need to declare the card because he has 2 cards above 9 million.

Also, divisions will be randomized after the draft.

Guys..... think we need to look at something real quick. With no DH, I think we need to declare you can't duplicate positions on someone.

Would be a TOTAL screw, and beyond competitive balance, to choose 2 of the same position for someone.

SCHORLING Park?! there's a new one. even though its a negro leaguer, im sure josh will HATE it.

Well, Josh is a great hitter, obviously. But, my thinking was, eat as much of Steve's salary as I could with a guy that is a 15 game inj. risk, and put him in a pitcher's park, to cut down on any benefit his card could derive from it, BP wise. Didn't want to put him in a LEFTY favoring park, because then Josh benefits from the expected LHP he would face as people try to counteract the park's lefty power. I looked at all the parks, and I think Petco (already taken) and Schorling gave the least total BP benefits to a RH Hitter. :twisted:
