Bernie should just get rid of the trade option...

Who is Clayton? I don't see a Clayton in the 2010 set.

I would never have made the trade you offered either. Hart & Clayton are two of the better value for dollar players in the set. Bruce is overpriced and Greinke is average.

His counter offer, concider the cap space it would also give you, is a better offer than your original one. IMO

It's a $100 million dollar league and the vast majority of parks are Camden where Greinke is gold and Clayton is worthless.

Giving up both Verlander and Bruce for Hart (and even if you think Clayton is a value) is just plain nuts. You are dead wrong on that score, especially since there is nothing to spend all that alleged cap space on.

Not to mention the fact that I highly disagree that Clayton is a value in any set this year.

Clayton and Greinke are both worthless in a 100 mil league IMO, and Bruce is borderline worthless.

You think all $4m starters are worthless in a $100 million league? You obviously havent played in any. The vast majority of the starters are in that price range.

And Bruce at $6m , while slightly overpriced in $80m leagues, is just fine in $100's.

Greinke certainly is not a great fit at Camden, he's average. Clayton at just over $1M plus approx $2.8M in cap space is better than Grienke & Hart is much better than Bruce.

The point is the trade you offered was no better, or IMO worse than his counter offer and your "turn off trading" responce is just nonsense.

Agreed on that point.

On the original assertion - if you do away with trade functionality, you may as well shut down the game. That's a ridiculous request, especially based on this example.
