Bernie, What is the status on the new cards?

Even if the actual arrival of the new cards is weeks away be very interesting to know who we were getting.

Was thinking I read somewhere that Bernie had got hung up by the hurricane and was not able to make it back from vacation when planned. So i suspect new cards, etc will be delayed by at least a week.

If I remember correctly the plan was for a small batch of new cards to be released monthly. If they can't even get the first batch reasonably out on time I think there is little hope for this to work. Why promises are continually offered to us is beyond me. Its bad enough just not getting things, but its extremely annoying when things are offered to us and then just dissipate out of existence. Remember some of those features for ATG 6 that were blatantly promised & even TEASED to us that suddenly weren't there or didn't work.(what ever happen to those new set your lineup features like lineup vs. reverse lefties ect.) Things promised to us are only getting to us at about a 10% rate, so why do the powers that be even bother getting our hopes up when it will just inevitably lead to disappoint and dissatisfaction with them. I feel like Charlie Brown and the football. This time we will get it. :roll: Its ok in about 4 months we will be told this time there WILL BE NEW CARDS and we will be asked to yet again make another list of players (cant somebody just save the list/thread the requests are in) only to have the football pulled away.

My memory was that we were supposed to get new cards around June, as was pointed out, with additions every month.

No June, No July, No August. :(
