I went through the entire posting twice and I didn't see any refernce to the timeframe. If I missed it, I apologize.

It's very disappointing that the most significant work done was by LM Bombers (Randy) with his recommendation on players to add to the 80s game. That effort took a LOT of work yet it doesn't appear it was anything other than interesting reading. Randy continues to display the passion for the game I wish the people running the game engine would demonstrate. Reading that Bernie didn't respond to LM's e-mail is just another example of a poor approach to customer service.

Bernie has not polled the community to see which game should be prioritized-assuming he will do that, it now seems unlikely that the game will be updated much before the end of the regular season. I'm not someone who regularly posts/complains about customer service but I found other things to do with my time/money and the longer this goes with no information, the less likely it will be we will ever recover some of the playing community which is a loss for all of us.

Check the second to last post on the first page. It's where he replies to everyones questions. In his reply to my inquiry, he mentions the fall. Its very easy to overlook, but he says it.

Hey everyone. I'm going to give you this cryptic response for now, because that's all I am permitted to do. Both the '70s and '80s games will indeed join all the rest of the player sets under the central SOM site - not by "fall 2011" as I'd once suggested, but not too much longer after that, because there's a logistical reason that we must. So in other words, soon I simply won't have the option to keep putting it off.

Sorry to be so cryptic but I can't give you more details at this time. Hopefully soon this will all make sense to everyone.

Bernie, Thanks for checking in. The 70's game is pretty much good to be transferred as is. I hope the 80's game will get a price restructuring AND some new players added.

Whatever is in store the mystery card community appreciates you not forgetting us and we look forward to what the future has in store for us.
