The problem with NEL is they have no players with small salaries and not enough relievers so no they are not eligible in this one

At 140 mil, the small salary concern is not an issue....there is enough 1-2 mil NeL players to fill the reserves. The RP's are a concern and typically in these leagues the NeL team can take some very low end RP's that are not drafted by the other franchises.

The top franchises were taken prior to opening up the league to the public thus putting most of us behind the eight ball......I am just trying to be competitive. If anything, the lesser remaining franchises should be allowed 2-3 players off of unclaimed franchises, including the NeL leagues.
