Good luck. Had a tough time with my draft card thanks to Foxx and 3FBrowns' salaries and Babe Adams requiring the extra rest day.

The objective of this draft was to give the guy you were drafting for problems. I originally wanted to use Slim Jones in the super-reliever role, but it still chewed up too much salary so I decided to just bury Scott's * and use him as a 5-day starter.

I'd like to think I made TB scratch his head a bit, too.

The October theme is "Timeline." Players are sorted into groups chronologically, and the following rules apply.

1. $200 million cap, DH, unique stadiums.

2. Groups are by five year intervals, except that all players before 1900 are in one group, and all NeL players are in one group. This leaves 23 groups for the major leagues, and the NeL.

3. During the season, you must at all times have a 25 man roster that includes exactly one player from each ML group, and two players from the NeL. You can switch multi-carded players from group to group at any time, as long as you make a corresponding add/drop to stay in compliance with 2.

Divisions will be 1-4-7-10, 2-5-8-11, 3-6-9-12 by the randomized order.

I have posted a link to a google doc via the September league BB, and also my e-mail address if you have a problem. I'll set up the DD draft this week (probably Monday night) and we'll do all 26 rounds. Draft pace will be:

Round 1 - no clock.
Rounds 2-10 - 2 hours.
Rounds 11+ - 1 hour.

I saw a post by Adrian that he will get the cards up for drafting shortly. He said it would take a little longer to get them in the card reader.

Also, how do we handle players with multiple cards in different groupings. Can we switch cards if we want to draft another player in the same group? For example, if I draft bonds 1993 and later have an opportunity to draft Bagwell 1994 can I switch to Bonds 2001 or am I stuck with the card that I originally picked?
