I think it appropriate that the manager in question be referred to exclusively as outhouse, going forward of course.

Glad to see at least one person enjoys my fine sense of humor.

This whole post and others like it in the past is "much ado about nothing"

All players are available for everyone.

Hilltop- Beckwith, Bob Gibson ect
Penmar- Musial, Turkey Stearns, ect

It's not brain surgury, but even brain surgeons copy one another I suspect.

It does seem a bit ungentlemanly to outright steal from someone else's list, IMHO.

If I hotwire your car and drive off with it I have stolen your car.

If I go to the car dealership and buy one just like it I have copied you but I have stolen nothing from you.

I agree its not 'stealing' of an object.

Perhaps a better analogy is what microsoft tries to do to apple, and maybe vice versa.
"Hey, you have an Ipad, so we'll make a thinkpad."

Some folks see this as just part of the corporate world of doing business- and maybe they are right.

Depends on your point of view

Apple and Microsoft I would assume have patents on their creations.

Really, it's strategic duplication.

That's why the West Coast/Run-n-shoot/Tampa 2 analogy was put in play by me.

I agree Max that you hit it with that............could even go more basic and mention the forward pass.
