I've used Hershberger several times in ballparks where HR power doesn't matter. As a backup catcher with a high chance of injury, he has extra value to me as a frequent DH in a low cap league to keep the first-string catcher injury-free.

However it's very sad to learn the reason why he has a greater chance of injury.

remember he was a back=up so he would have the risk anyway.
