Based on the time stamps it appears to me he made a manual pick of manny while having him proxied. The manual pick and the proxy fired close enough to simultaneously that manny was not removed from the available players list before the proxy fired. So to the system manny appeared eligible still. That is the only thing in my mind that can account for the incongruity in the time stamps and a player being picked twice.

The clock says I can pick now as Dan hasn't picked. It's 9pm central time. Am I good to go for picking my next player?

By rules he can be skipped because his clock started at 8:57 EST, just under the 9 deadline. He is apparently active on the ILC thread so maybe getting ready to pick
