What are we going to do about the new cards being released in 2 days ? I've already purchased my team with the old player set. I can leave and come back after Thursday to get the new players. Anyone who purchases their team after Thursday will have the new player set.

THE DRAFT ORDER FOR THAT ROUND TO BE A RANDOMIZER CREATION. IF A COACH COULD DRAFT ANYONE STILL AVAILABLE OR A NEW CARD?

I am totally willing to go with the groups choice.
BUT-
I would say, continue the draft, but draft frenzy with the new set, can we find a good time to do a frenzy once the new set is online? Or waivers, is fine too.

1. continue drafting on dd. Create a ninth round supplemental draft, with entire new draft order per randomizer.

2. Frenzy or waiver after we create and enter the league. 20 new cards will be added if you purchase your set after Thursday.


Personally, I dont know if anyone will have much room left on their cards unless they go real cheap from here on out. I envision the value of the Hugh Duffy 1894 card at 10 mil, 1911 shoeless Joe, 10 mil, 1894 Ed Delanty 10 mil., 191? Babe Ruth pitching card 9 mil.

Since I already own Ruth does this make his pitcher's card mine as well, or can another team own the pitcher Ruth while I hang on to the hitter Ruth?

I'd rather not frenzy for the new cards. I can't guarantee that I'll be online when it pops and I'd like to have some time to look at them before I drop someone for a new card.

In re: Babe. Right now there's a hitting card and a pitching card for Joe Wood that aren't linked to each other. I'd assume that Babe's card is the same, but if not, as far as I'm concerned you have the rights to his pitching card.

My opinion is that there are only a handful of new cards that are worthy of our interest. Now money may be an issue. As I think most of us will be out of money. Hugh Duffy looks like a 11.5 mil card, 1911 Shoeless card looks like a 11mil card. So who would have any money to get these guys. Walter Johnson and Bob Feller have nice new cards, my guess 9-10 mil.

I dont think it is worth our time to have a randomizer and then a mystery ninth round selection. My suggestion would be to keep drafting then have waivers.

After this coming season we scrap our teams and totally redraft those are my humble thoughts.
