I'll start a new thread on the ILC sometime within the next couple of hours and we can start the 1st round immediately (no time limit). Using stratdraft for 2-7 because it will keep track of salary, won't have to scroll thru board to look at picks, easier to see what players are eligible, and can use time slots if we want to. Busy right now, will get things rolling later tonight.

So, after the team drafts and the individual drafts, there will be lots of players NOT drafted. Does this rule say that those players not drafted in the team drafts (Rounds 1 &2) or the individual player drafts (Rounds 3-7) will not be eligible for the whole league?

For example, let's assume that the Chicago Cub pitchers are NOT drafted as a unit. Additionally, Carlos Zambrano is NOT drafted in the individual player drafts...are we saying that Zambarno is ineligible for the entire season? If so, that's OK, but I'd like that clarified before drafting...

That's correct, except that players can also be picked up during the frenzy waivers period and retained (will add that to rules).
