Official start time for draft is Monday Sept. 19th. Cubit can pick anytime. The 60 mil can begin loading if someone in the East will start.

The league is created:

200/60 Season Two
password - cheap

I've set it up with a $200M cap, as we did last year. That allows eveyone to play around and find the best $60M group without being restricted by the game engine. It does mean we're all on the honor system (like last year).
