We can cut it down to TWO rounds, if desired. I figure, being a frenzy, everyone will have the opportunity to adjust their teams as desired. I like the $140m cap for frenzy, as it makes it a little more interesting/imperative, and gets in to the pool more. The idea here is to have everyone try out a couple of the new cards, and not have one or two teams get the lions share while others get shut out.
