New Cards/Leagues?

Gotta say this is a sad state of affairs. I've been toying with my team watching leagues and waiting for one to get close to filling, but as far as I can tell, only one public league has filled since the drop.
What happened here? I feel like I've returned to the planet of the apes...

I think most are doing [b:3841dbacd3]exactly what your saying PJ[/b:3841dbacd3]...Waiting until they get [b:3841dbacd3]close to filling[/b:3841dbacd3] and then will [b:3841dbacd3]jump in[/b:3841dbacd3]...
