YF - I'm confused. I think I (B Babies) should have the #5 pick as jsam and I tied for the last lottery spot. He won the tie breaker so I'm out of the lottery and my pick 3 number is not applicable. Am I missing something?

Although I'd really prefer the #3 pick...

I think the rules are not clear here, but maybe LMB may have some insight. I can see you point of missing the lottery, and that may be why I did the order as I did. I cannot remember. However, when I went back and checked I had made other errors as well. So you are either 3 or 5 depending on how it plays out.

I think having at 5th lottery team based on record is valid and the pick three takes care of the tie breaker for the first round. That is how it it was done, and that is how it should stand. It does effect you and RR, so it may be an issue with him. However, I think a tie in the bottom 4 (aka 5) is fair for all to be in the lottery. Let it be what it is and let it be done.
