I like the idea of a 200m league but do not like the idea of a bad draft so I thought this might help:

The Rules

only [b:56361ee568]1 RP only[/b:56361ee568] over [b:56361ee568]4m[/b:56361ee568]

Hitters (no more then [b:56361ee568]15 per[/b:56361ee568] team)***note if you keep o[b:56361ee568]nly 14 hitters you must have 5 of them at 1m or less[/b:56361ee568]
[b:56361ee568]5 hitters[/b:56361ee568] must me [b:56361ee568]1m or less
[/b:56361ee568]

I think this will allow for some players being left in the pool and allow for transactions throughout the year.

In the initial AD are we allowed to draft a full 200 mil team and then whittle it down to the defined parameters during waivers?

I think that is fine...I would like to see it done 24 hours prior to season start to allow teams to adjust their rosters...but we can vote on that........

coming out of my short-lived SOM retirement for this one. Hope it fills. Is there a league started for this?

I would prefer a frenzy over waivers.

I don't mind the option to draft a full $200m team, but I rather see all teams in compliance the day after waivers (or frenzy) to give all teams sufficient time to set up their roster, line-ups & rotations.
