Yeah, I don't think the clock had expired. It's 10-10 EDT so he had until 1PM EDT to pick. It *has* expired now however.

Actually Big M, that's a good question, does the clock time count from the night before? Not sure we've ever addressed that before.......

The previous night's time has always been added in to the next day in all the drafts I've done.

I don't know how you did it, but you picked all my proxies ..... and I had some 'nice' hours on a train that stood still because of an accident, it was raining, no internet access . and . ..and it was a beautiful day.
