Ignore my question. Reread the rules as posted on this board. Looks like you can switch multiple year cards at anytime.

Looks like we will have to wait for Adrian, although you could always draft the 0.9 million Duffy or one of the existing Walter Johnson cards and switch later. I think only Sam Thompson, Score, Tanana, Beck, and Charlton are unique cards, and I doubt any of them will go soon.

Yes, but all of the players can't be handled that way. Herb Score, for instance. And if you start without the new cards, I doubt if they will show up in the middle of the draft.

BTW, I am leaning toward Duffy 8-) although I haven't went through the list to see if there are 5 year periods with only one stud.

Sorry, he's in several of my other leagues. I better change the draft list. I may have to re-create the draft after Adrian gets the new cards in anyway. I guess we better hold off for Adtian.

One quick question:
Do the five year intervals start at 1900 so the intervals are 1900-1904, 1905-1909 OR
does it start at 1901 so that it goes 1901-1905, 1906-1910 etc. - it makes a bit of a difference putting together a strategy (not that you weasels will let me get anybody I want, lol)

Sorry, posted the last answer stopped at a light on the way home. The 5-year intervals start with 0 and 5. This was chosen primarily because the latest cards we have are from 2009.
