Ok, I'll start it, but I don't see how to start a 24 league team. Never done it before and site is only allowing me into 12 team league? I'll keep looking.

12 teams (3 divisions of 4) (standard)
24 teams (4 divisions of 6)

Waivers / Frenzy
Use the standard (Weighted) Waivers system
No Waivers; Unleash the Frenzy! (at your own risk; not rec. for beginners)

Standard or Advanced Skill League
Anyone can join any league; beginners may join Advanced Skill leagues at their own risk.
Standard Skill - 20 Manager Rating points for a championship
Advanced Skill - 50 Manager Rating points for a championship

Free Agent Drop Penalty - (?)
20% of player's salary (default for 2010 season)
10% of player's salary
games 1-41: 5%, games 42-80: 10%, games 81+: 20%

Allow managers to place more than 1 team in this league

Looks like we created a league at the same time. I just dropped out of my league and joined rburgh's league. So, everyone should join New TKL 24 league with Turtle as the password NOT Turtle League
