Real Teams Plus- change to waivers time 10 pm EST Thursday

Since we are getting so close to finally starting our league, I just want to clarify 1 more time for myself:

Except through trades, the only players we can we move up and down on rosters during the season (within regular SOM limits, ie. 2 catchers, etc.) are the batters/pitchers from teams we drafted, plus the 4 individual players we drafted. But we are free to do that as often as we want to.

Am I correct?

You can also move players acquired from the frenzy waivers up/down whenever. The salary cap will be the only limit, I'm going to set the drop penalty at the lowest possible, don't remember if that is 0% or 5/10/20.

Further clarification for my own mind - this is my understanding -

1. we have exclusive rights to any player from our 2 half teams, regardless of whether they are active on our roster
2. we have exclusive rights to any player we drafted from the stratdraft, regardless of whether they are active on our roster (could be more than 4 - like I have 6 due to the trades)
3. all other players are only available during the preseason and can be added/dropped as needed - but are not exclusive rights

One question - for the 'other players', can we only add/drop them after the auto-draft, meaning we can only include players from our 2 half teams or the stratdraft on our AD card? Or are we allowed to include those 'other players' on the AD card? Basically at what point do we have access to these 'other players'?

#1 and #2 are correct. When you auto-draft you can only include players from your 2- 1/2 teams and drafted or traded for players. Then we will have the frenzy waivers where you can get up to 8 more "exclusive rights" players. After that the only way to get new players would be thru trades. If a player is undrafted and not picked up during waivers then they are ineligible for the rest of the season. Keep in mind you need to have at least 15 on your roster from the two drafted franchises.
