Nope, Due to the bank crisis in Europe Italy has made a few cut backs. One of them was to eliminate TSN/SOM proxies. :P

Once the draft has been created you cannot replace someone without starting the draft over.

Rj knew ahead of time he'd be gone and still wanted in. But no communication and no pick means something has gone awry. Let's find a replacement and unless rj has picked by tonight sometime start over. Keep the same order with the replacement taking rj's pick. Then owners that have already picked need to replicate their Picks for the first 7.
