Yes, in my haste I set up the league with the default settings rather than adjust them. So there's waivers as well. Not sure if Bernie can change it -

I am looking for a top RP for season 2.Willing to give up Belt,Montgomery,Martin Perez or prospect picks for a RP.

Yeah, it's supposed to be 10%, but I have never seen even the most expensive teams ever come close to running out of money. If they can't fix it, it should be fine. Also, we typically make it an advanced league so that people get more points for winning. No big deal either way.

I'll set up the prospect draft so we can start this weekend. We need Jagman and Smitty to join the central, then we're on to the west.
