The NEW FRANCHISE LEAGUE atgv6 version

Guys,

Unless anyone has strong objections, here are the rules I propose we go by for the next iteration of the New Frnachise League (ATGv6)

12 season commitment (everyone gets every team once)
120M Cap
Waivers*
DH
5-10-20 drop penalty
ADV

Home Ball park must be from one of the teams associated with your assigned team grouping

We will run a randomizer to select the team rotation schedule, and the division alignment for each season


*1.) Where players have cards with multiple teams and/or multiple eras, the team with rights to the high dollar card gets Auto Draft rights.. if the cards are not auto drafted any team with a lower dollar version of that player can draft them out of the free agent pool. Since there may be multiple teams bidding on the same player, we will use Waivers

2.) NEL Players are not eligible for any rosters at any time. They are not part of this league

3.) If you own the rights to a player, you can use any version of that player. So for example, if the AL East chooses not to draft Roger Clemens, the NL West can draft him since he has a card with HOU exp + they can use any version of him (Tor exp or Bost exp)

Next Step is to start recruiting for 3 replacement managers. If anyone has strong objections to these rules as posted above, please speak know, or we will assume you are okay with it. Also if you want to reach out to anyone in the community who you want to play with, please direct them to this thread.

I have a feeling I can find 3 guys who play this kind of theme all the time and will fight each other to get into this league

I am sure there will be another drop of new player cards before we get through all 12 seasons. Let's just address that when we see who the new players are and see where they are allocated. In general, I would like to include new players, but I want to make sure it does not upset the competitive balance of the 12 teams..
