I'm not sure what you mean by "normalization." If you mean your cards are adjusted based on how they have done so far in the season, the answer is "NO!"...
Let's say you have a player who hit 50 homeruns in the season his card was based. However, in your league, he gets incredibly hot and hits 45 homeruns by midseason. There are some games that would make him less effective the rest of the season in order to produce more "realistic" season results. Strat-O-Matic does not do this. It's not an option in the game, so there is nothing to turn on.
Another definition of "normalization" is...
There are some special disks Strat-O-Matic has that normalize different eras so the different eras can play on a level playing field. However, you can see exactly what your cards are (or potential cards in a TSN-SOM mystery game). Whatever you card is at the start of the season, it remains unchanged.
