There's no option for a $120M dollar team. Does this mean select $140M, but we are only allowed to use $120M of it?

Correct. The league will be set up for a $140m cap, but WE only have $120m to spend on our teams.

Just a reminder in case it wasn't made clear by me before, any sp/rp you draft should be part of your starting rotation, the .75 cents or cheaper is reserved for pure relievers ...you can draft a .75 cents or cheaper sp/rp but use same rule (starter only) as the expensive guys for the sake of uniformity.. thanks.
