Every $120M league I've done, you need to be under the $120M at all times. I would not be in favor of allowing overages going into the draft.

I'd vote against it myself,i think the cap should be kept under 120M at all times..i'll put my team back in league once modmark rules on this.

next question: when the next batch of new cards comes out, how do we deal with them? I'd say we don't allow them at all since they weren't available at the time of this league's formation.

You should be at $120m or less on your AD card. My team is ready and that's how I did it. And, the next batch of new cards won't (shouldn't) be available to existing leagues, so we don't have to worry about them. And I concur, the sooner we can fill the league, the better. Post AD and waivers will be ferocious.

Theres another new batch of cards? Recently I was down to one team and pretty staying at that since i really can't afford to keep spending at the moment, but Bernie keeps dangling these carrots in front of me :D

I would like permission to wait no more than two days for a finals to finish. I have a credit coming and would like to use it
