Hate to beat a dead horse but use proxy's if you don't want to be skipped. If you don't want to use the stratdraft system send them to me and I can input them or send them to another owner and they can announce it on the ILC.

I take responsibility for today. I went over the three hours. That's just waaaaaaaay too long to make anyone wait. I know how it screws with your mind when people let the max time period elapse before making their pick. I think it subconsciously makes subsequent drafters think they have all kinds of time until they must pick again. And that's just not the case.

I won't do that again to you.

We averaged 2 picks per day on that draft ... that's 48 picks. Today we moved about 24 picks here. So, yeah, this is slower -- by a lot. We should be going about 4 rounds per day.

Beginning with tomorrow I changed the clock start and end times to 8 am EST-12 pm (midnight) EST. Earliest clock violation possible is at 11 am EST, latest possible is 9 pm EST. Yes it is moving slower than hoped for, considering how much emphasis we put on drafting fast and how easy it is to set proxys.

Make sure you refresh the stratdraft page occasionally if you leave it up, it does not update if you leave it on the same page.

I paged Tom Pierce on the main thread, he did not list his email, if anyone knows it maybe send him a polite "hurry the @#$% up note". He can't open pm's for some reason so that won't do any good.

I talked to Tom a little while ago. He is travelling for his job and had a 4 hour ride. His picks should be posted around midnight eastern.
