I personally dont think the league should fold yet.I believe we do need to get 1 person who has the time and patience to handle the commissioners duties.If we get a commissioner in place I would suggest that moving forward we have firm time lines in place for the drafts,drops and startup of each season.Anyone that doesnt have the ability to commit to these timelines should be replaced and all managers need to get on board with keeping this league afloat.

I will say that I am in 10-12 keeper leagues and that this year has been the most trying(for the most part) as far as getting everyone on the same page.A few of my leagues have gone off without a hitch(mainly because owners communicate to the commish when they will be unavailable)But most of the rest have had many long delays so I def. would say that though this league has not gone off too smoothly we can still get it back on track with the committment of everyone involved. If we have a commitment to the league, I will stay on as Interim Commish until you come up with another. I don't want the league to fold. That is why I stepped in to be Commish in the first place place when Litangel resigned. I will Post a message on the ILC for a Replacement Manager for Jerlins' Team. I apologize for not getting the second season started earlier as Drew & I had real life situations that delayed the start. We have started. We can remedy the Clock situation on the Rounds. As I said earlier, I was just following the Rules that are in-place. Rounds 2 & 3 have a 3 Hour Clock. We can change the 1st Round Clock to 24 hours. The number one priority is to get a replacement manager. Then we can resume the Supplemental Draft if everyone wants to continue. We can finish the First Round in the mean time. Tim emailed me and if a replacement has not been found, I'm willing to stay. As mentioned to Tim, I haven't an issue with either him or Drew. It hasn't been just this draft, but previous drafts in this league as well, where we basically have to put out an APB to get some folks to make a pick, and this draft basically added to my frustrations. Waiting 24 hours plus (again, this isn't the only draft) when a player is one to three picks away is unacceptable to me. If you can't commit to checking the ILC's EVERY day, you probably shouldn't be in a keeper league.

Again, I'll stay if the team has not been offered out already. If it has, no biggie, I left and would not wish a "thanks, but no thanks" situation to whoever was offered the team.

I am adding Jerlins back to the list. I wanted to talk to him before we seek a replacement. He is willing to stay as long as we have dedication and communication. So, lets check in and finish the Supplemental Draft and get Season 4 going.
