Guys I can't get any work done

Postby bernieh » Fri Oct 07, 2011 1:11 pm

today. The Brewers season comes down to this afternoon at 5 and my heart is already racing. I'm useless today.

Not to say that I'm productive any other day. Just today, I can't even try. Sorry...

GO CREW

Fair question. Serious answer: I'd be (somewhat) ok with an NLCS loss - because at least we'll have gotten [i:f3e74f3179]somewhere[/i:f3e74f3179] - but I'd be crushed with an NLDS exit, esp. after being up 2-0. And I was fine up until this do-or-die game.

Also, you probably won't want to actually root for Arizona, if you know what's good for your teams' records.

This is why we'll be rooting for the D'Backs. We worry about your health, Bernie. No more trans-fats, no more beer, and no more Brewer baseball: believe me, it's for your own good.

Bill

PS: You can go ahead and fiddle with my team results, because there is absolutely no way that they can get any worse.

You know I am rooting for the Brewers :D

I know the feelings Bernie........really thought even after giving up the 5 in the first that they would still win Game 4(and then it as easy to think "or go back home for a W in Game 5) but the closer it gets the more worried I get that there will a crash...............leaving work early because it is my sons birthday so should get there in time for the start of the game......

I'm rooting for the Brewers. I don't want the D'Backs to experience the ride that the Giants had last year.
