[quote:be5a31eab8="derfs"]Too early?
And would a rule stipulating that once you write a player in, you cannot change him later (unless you screwed up and wrote in someone not eligible) be advisable? Reason I'm asking is if someone writes a player in and changes it later that makes it difficult for subsequent pickers to know who is available. I think it throws people off. Once they read a name on the list they assume he's not available any more. It's too tedious if multimple people are trading in their picks. Later pickers are in a frantic situation trying to decide who in fact is actually available it seems in that case.[/quote:be5a31eab8]
Since we're using stratdraft you won't be able to change it. If someone makes a mistake I can change it, that will be announced on the ILC, plus I'll use the little yellow guys on the strat site.
[b:be5a31eab8]Instructions for using stratdraft for prospects:[/b:be5a31eab8]
If you are up - "Draft Players, Non-carded player" - enter the player name, h or p, level, and 0 for salary. [b:be5a31eab8]Make sure you spell the name right[/b:be5a31eab8]
To proxy - "Front Office, My profile", go to the "obtain id for pre-majors player" box near the bottom of the page. Input the name, h or p, level, and 0 salary. The system will assign an id (a# instead of s#) that only you will see. The prospect will appear in the Auxiliary Players box on bottom of page. Add the prospect to your list the same as before.
