There are times I think it can be better than life-- which only tells you something about the twists and turns mine goes through at times!

[b]If an owner's stadium dimensions changes by 6 or more in any one area (example Left Hr's goes from 1-6 to 1-12) or by 15 or more cumulatively that owner may change to an unowned stadium. The new stadium's dimensions must be within 4 in each category (or as close as possible if none fit that). This choice must be declared when the Spring FA cuts are declared.[b]

I know what the rules say (five hours for each first round pick) but was wondering when if goes into effect. And how do we measure it?

Clock will start tomorrow at 10 am EST. Will show up on the stratdraft site the same as the initial draft after I turn it on.
