The interloper can't go more than 3-4 days without a transaction. He now has a $80M roster in a $100M league. W/L has fallen below .300, now stands at 26-61. I don't see any hope for significant improvement on the horizon.

I think the best strategy is tinker with the roster all you want before opening day, but after the season starts, make as few changes as possible. If you know what you're doing, all that's needed is a tuneup, not a rebuild.

I guess this [i:ac284c21a8]shouldn't[/i:ac284c21a8] bother me that much since he's in my division ... but that's the point. I have 15 games left against a team I've gone 7-2 against so far, as do the other two teams in the division, who have 48 and 43 wins, well off the pace of the wild card leader with 53 wins. If a team in my division squeaks into the playoffs by virtue of an unbalanced schedule - taking advantage of a much weaker opponent, that's unfair, plain and simple.
