One suggestion that I've found helpful in weeknight live drafts... a shorter clock than the "120 seconds per pick option" you have selected.

Drafts with 45 second clocks end up taking 60-75 minutes and keep everyone engaged (preparing!) between picks... for east coast folks there is a big difference between a draft ending at ~11PM (45 second clock) and one that ends at/after midnight (90/120 second clocks).

Admittedly some folks may not feel comfortable at 45 seconds per pick, but after a couple times it gets easier... and to get a live draft actually filled these days we need to rely on a core group of live draft regulars who I believe (for the most part) prefer the shorter clock.

Again, just a suggestion

Agreed. 120 secs is just too long. 45 seconds is best, the last few Live drafts have been 45 seconds and it was a much better experience.

You have to look ahead and ID players to draft as your pick approaches however.

Tuesdays are bad for me, sorry.

Im kind of in agreement on the time frame-
60 Seconds might be a good compromise, and unlike the weekends I actually dont have a gig tonight, so might be able to play.

I hate that you can't change the league settings after you've created it. I'll be happy to set up yet ANOTHER variation with 45 seconds between picks.
