Just a suggestion....
How about we make Lee undraftable here and then it is done by chance with HAL when we put our teams in?
Or since Frank took 2 pitchers AFTER him, can Frank swap one of his pitchers for Lee (as they were the next 2 players taken afterwards)

Before I make my picks, Visick needs to weigh in here on Lee. The swapping out doesn't work as it screws anyone who would have drafted the next SP I drop. We can have a Cliff Lee Round 12 Sweepstakes. Run a randomizer and who ever gets the first pick can choose him.
