His S/R card has a BK-17 rating. That's gruesome. It means he is going to balk on about 1 in 25 runners who attempt to get a lead to steal.
This means that he'll have about one balk for every 4 or 5 actual SB attempts, which is a whole bunch. And, of course, since the site is out to get you, it is giving him more balks than normal. :P
My feeling is that the game system makes Balks, wild Pitches and passed balls to common.
