Only took them a decade, but SOM has finally announced e-delivery for its client-based game. Hallelujah!

I bought version 16 today (have not had the computer game for several years) and am having trouble downloading it.

I ordered it online. Did not put an email address to send the link to and 2 hours later (after calling customer service0 I got an email with a link.

The link, however, starts to download the setup exe file gets so far (between 50% and 70%) then just stops.

Anyone else have this?

Plus when I tried to get on strat's forums to ask My email address is always "rejected" by the administrator. So I can not get on to ask there

You have to create a profile and log in to use the forums, that may be your problem with posting.

The problem occurred when I tried to register.

After looking at the registration FAQ I found the answer. You are not allowed to use free email addresses (hotmail, yahoo etc.)
