call it what you want - feel about it what you want MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PERMITTED these guys to do what they did - a total SHAME that McGwire is NOT in the HOF and, for that matter, Pete Rose to. Barry was the GREATEST hitter I ever saw - not Mantle, not Mays and by any means NOT Aaron. They were great, and alot of others too that I didn't get a chance to see BUT NONE DROVE FEAR into opponets like MR. Bonds --- he truly was "the natural". I know this is an argument that will never be won - by either side - but I don't believe we'll ever see a hitter like that again, Albert could't carry his bat. JMO, and a lot of other people too.

The best marathon runner ever was Rosie Ruiz .Did the Boston in under an hour.No one comes close,no one is even within even within an hour.Ran about 4 miles,took a bus.Ran another mile or so to the finish. Best ever.Belongs in some kinda hall of fame.
