You're in a HR PARK(81 Games)

Too many RH reverse SP's - Johnson and Gallardo are fine - But BOTH Latos AND Dickey is overkill. Pick ONE of them and slot Gallardo in between them in the rotation. Use the drop to pickup an inexpensive, tough LH (Maholm, Vargas, Pettitte) to pair with Santana. Save the rest for a setup man later on.

You have too many IF's and not enough OF. Dump Wood and Everett(1.27) and pickup Tejada(Who can backup both Zim and whomever U decide to keep at SS and can also be used as a DH vs the leftside. Decide whether you want to keep Gonzo or Uribe at SS. I'd keep Gonzo(Better D) and move Uribe to 2B and use Uggla(Who will probably hit 50+ HRS) as your DH and backup 2B. Now you have a power IF with goo D, a RH DH vs both sides with 600+ PA's and have the leftside of the IF covered. 1B should be a Big LH(Pick one and live with it.)

1B L Howard
2B R Uribe/ L Getz(D)/Uggla(DH)
SS R Gonzo/Tejada
3B R Zimm

With the 10 - 12M in cap get the best LH Power hitting OF available - Especially Choo, if he's available. If not, Swisher or Ethier are good choices. Pickup Boesch as a backup OF and LH Rev hitter vs LHP as a platoon on either corner OF position. Choo can hit in the 2,3 or 4 spot vs RHP and leadoff vs the leftside.

LF R Braun/Boesch
CF R Kemp - Dump and do a Wells/Beltran platoon (If available)
RF L Choo/Swisher or Ethier - Boesch

Then dump Weiters and get the best LH Power C available(McCann, Schneider, Pierzinski, Avila) vs the right side.

C L McCann/Schneider/Pierz/Avila -
C R Snyder

Use the remaining cap to get a setupman(Venters, Breslow) for Ax and a couple of cheap hard LH vs L and RH vs R along with a decent middle man (Saito?). A good, cheap LH Rev is Runzler at only .81. Fill defensive subs with remaining cap or upgrade Pitching/Hitters.

That's a start without knowing the Parks or SP's in your Division.

I agree - Espinosa in a HR park is great. If you have some extra cash and don't care for Espinosa against lefties then a platoon with Adam Rosales works real well.

Your team looks much better. Espinosa will only hit about .190, but will hit a lot of HRs in your park and give you solid D. To maximize his contribution, place him low in the lineup, but with a High OBP hitter in front of him.

I didn't realize Crawford would be available. Great pickup. But you basically have no leadoff hitter. Players with good OB get you a lot more runs with a power team. I'd look for a high OB catcher vs the right side.

Uribe and Francisco

Are these two really going to get enough ABs to justify the $'s? I would consider downgrading and spending a little more on RPs, but please be warned that I have zero 2011 experience.

As a rule - I try to minimize the $'s on the bench, which I think is one of the Luckyman rules to live by when playing this virtual game.
