For the drafts please. I read it a few times but it still seems Greek to me.

Is there anything I need to do? Does Turtle take care of everything? What exactly does he do? ha

I take care of the lottery when the time comes. We will do it closer to the release of the cards, though. It is complicated. I will have to go back over the rules to do it myself.
