[quote:604b59730a="he's meat"][quote:604b59730a]There is no T. Matthews in 2001. CATom did you mean M. Matthews the SP/RP? [/quote:604b59730a]

there is a terry matthews AND a mike matthews. both cardinals, t.m. .50 reliever, m. matthews over 5m...I presume he wanted the cheapy.[/quote:604b59730a]

TJ Mathews (one "t" in last name) presumed to be the pick, unless changed later by CATom

yes, T.J. Mathews - STL = R2/C0 - .50 - was my choice (gotta watch $$$ with Barry on the team).

The game engine rules for 2001 are a bit different...

Postby tcochran » Sat Nov 26, 2011 8:32 pm

As you round out your rosters in these last few rounds, be sure to consider the SOM game engine rules for 2001:
http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/2001/about/popup_faq.html

Highlights include:

...Initial "draft" at sign-up must have 15 hitters and 10 pitchers

...Later limits are min 23 and max 28 on active roster

...You can have 13-17 hitters
......including at least 2 C

...You can have 8-12 pitchers
......including at least 5 SP
......including at least 1 CL

If I recall correctly, you can begin buying package deals in the 2004 season input form. If you buy a package there, then you can write to Bernie and ask to have that spread over 5 different seasons.

BTW, Could we start the stadium draft sooner so we could start loading our teams sooner ?

My choice: [b:3300e8ae6e]Wrigley Field[/b:3300e8ae6e]
