Interesting question. Apparently, if you have had a team already in one of the earlier seasons[b:c98464c082] -- and are logged in at that time --[/b:c98464c082] then you can not see the ballpark rating list again until you buy your next team!

As an alternative, however, I found a listing of all of the ballpark ratings on the SOM site:
