I don't think this (Kevin's suggestion) is fair to Kevin ... lest of course he best us all ... AGAIN ... with ANOTHER Ring doing this. Can we REALLY afford THAT embarrassment?? :shock:

Recommend we simply draft a little differently ... via Diamond Dope for instance ... [b:6c599b89b9]or best would probably be just run our 6-round ILC Draft out over a few days and evenings instead of only one intense evening[/b:6c599b89b9] ... and decide ahead of time what day & TIME we Frenzy ... can't we not FRENZY at other hours than just 12 Midnight? And not necessarily on a Friday Midnight too, right?

That's probably the best way to keep Kev the Pajama Jet with us in a fair manner, no?

Thanks Jon, but I don't want you guys to change anything to accomodate me. I'm more than happy to build a team from the free agents. I've done it before and it's a blast, especially with the enormous talent pool we now have. So please do the draft and frenzy Friday night. Just put me in the East and I'll create the league and enter my team that afternoon. Trust me....there is no disadvantage to me doing it this way.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! :D Can't wait for Turkey! I plan on being in a Tryptophan induced coma by 6:00! :P

Although I have changed the draft format in the past to accommodate managers who wanted to stay in the league, the feedback I've gotten is that the whole Friday night draft/frenzy is part of the appeal of the league.
Thats why I've made an effort to get back to that and not break portions of the draft up. PJ has made teams from scratch before and unbelievably, is still no less handicapped by it. I attribute that to the creativity a 12 pack of warm Blatz can have on the cognitive portion of your brain! :mrgreen: That being said...glad you decided to stick it out PJ! :D

How about those at the front of the list start picking during the week? Not required ... but if we get enough done, maybe the Commish can set the League up to Frenzy at 11 PM ET instead of 12 Midnight ... and free Bernie from having to move up Opening Day a week? Just a thought, but if Big Ric, Le Meat, and El Dugger get it going, I bet a few picks could get us close to Round 2 ... if not well into that Round ... or more!
