Roger that. Only you and the other manager have claim to the areas listed in your region. The only common pool is sub 1M players, which are region-independent.

Since my partner in the region has already chosen, I've taken Three Rivers Stadium and have entered my squad. (I might have to be away from internet service here for awhile; I should know for sure in a few moments but just in case...)

It's okay to take your park if your partner has his, AND there are no International/NeL teams between you and them. Since the parks are unique, these guys could take the park you plan on getting.
