Sorry If I missed something but where can we see how the divisions were made and in which div we are ?

Guys, I'm afraid I won't make it this week end (to load my team). I've sent a letter to SN a week or two ago, right after buying my 5 pack. I asked to spread it from 2001 to 2005. Today, I sent another letter.

Since that, I've haven't had any response and when I try to create a 2001 team, I don't see any credits, just an option to pay 12,50$ when I already paid 50$ for my 5 pack.

If someone knows what else I can do, let me know,
