Holy Hand Grenade League

Holy Hand Grenade League:

I saw a league where every team filled out the exact same autodraft card and went from there. I thought it looked interesting. Here’s my spin on it.

There are 25 groupings of 3 players. You pick 1 player from each grouping below and fill out the draft card IN THE ORDER SHOWN HERE. So, #1 on your draft card is either Tiant, Brown, or Koufax. #2 is Walsh, Martinez, or Score. #8 is Sambito, Hassler, or Roberts, etc. and so on.

Pretty Easy, right?

The League will be $100m DH 5/10/20

The players are grouped as follows:

12 SPs and 3 500K SPs
12 RPs and 3 500K RPs
3 each C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B
9 OF
15 backup Infielders/catchers
6 backup Outfielders.

The most expensive roster possible is $98.92 mil

There are 3 parks to choose from. Everything in threes

You can pick any players or positions you want to as long as you follow the strat rules for starters, relievers, and catchers. It’s up to you who you pick.

You’ll notice that I tried to pick a lot of players with multiple cards so there will be many upgrades available. I also tried to keep the salaries from each group as close as possible.

And the first one to tell me why it’s the Holy Hand Grenade league gets to lick the pot.
