you need more power...alot more power. guys like Thames, Matsui, Guerrero might be available.

Definitely more power. Especially someone who can hit righties.

Too much $$ in bullpen. Guy like Carrasco will perform as well as Loe and Romo in your park.

Ditto. Markakis, Pagan, Elvis and Hudson are all terrible park fits. Montero and Davis are OK at best.

Your starters are mostly OK, but I think starting more than two lefties in a 5 man rotation is a recipe for disaster at GABP.

On offense, you want guys on base (so look for high OBP) and two and three run homers (so look for mostly right handed power hitters). Try to keep down the double plays too, if you can.

For pitching, you mostly want right handers who don't give up many home run balls, especially vs. right handed batters. You don't need that many R2 guys out in the pen either. Wilson can both setup and close, so you can live with a much cheaper middle/setup guy than Burnett, and I would make him right handed. After those two, you can go with cheaper R1 guys than what you have. Good luck!

I try to be. This is my 3rd stint on here. I believe my first moniker for the boards was MichaelA.

I came back with the 1/2 price for new accounts... 1 team in 2010, 1 team in ATG... Both made the playoffs, with the 2010 team winning the championship.

So, for 12.50, as of now, I got 4 teams. lol.

I like to think of myself as one of the founding members of this site. No, not the developmental aspect of it. But I was here from day 1 basically, back in 2000 I believe it was. Ask any of the old timers bout all the crazy arse theme leagues I usta run...

Was a blast, and, am considering getting back into this fulltime again. Wanna see where Bernie goes with the changes 1st. Dont wanna try running an ectended season theme league, with all kinda problems poppin up. So, I ll let bernie work that out 1st.
