I think it is best to have predetermined divisions based on draft order. That can be something like:

1234. 5678. 9-10-11-12
or
147-10. 258-11, 369-12

works for me 1,4,7,10 : 2,5,8,11 : 3,6,9,12 looks good. Now we are down to 1 spot left. It looks like we may be able to begin the draft on Monday. Good to see you made it Kev.

Will need to get clarification of that I guess. When I posted an explanation of how things work I asked Tookie to post their desire to sign up on the topic board of the game they wanted to play in. I specifically did this because I was a little confused as to which game they wanted to participate in because of their reference to the 1969 league,but their inquiry was made on the raise the mound board and they stated that they played atg. They posted their request for signup on the raise the mound atg style board. To my knowledge they have not posted anything on the small market board. For these reasons I added Tookie's name to the raise the mound signup list for them. By Tookie responding where they did I surmised that their reference to the 1969 league was merely a request to see if they would be allowed to join since they had not played a 69 league game before.However I could be wrong and to be fair clarification would be the the best course. If in fact they want to play in this the small market game then we would be full. If not and they are signed up in the correct spot we will have 1 spot left. Paul that spot is yours if you want it.

I asked Tookie to clarify his signup wishes and he responded that my earlier assumption that he wanted to play in the raise the mound ATG style was correct. Therefore, we still have 1 vacant spot in the this, the Small Market league. Following, Paul,s ? about Tookies Choice I offered that spot to him in case he wanted it and thought that this league may have been full if Tookie had been signed up for the wrong league. Since we won't begin the draft until Monday because 1 of our members is out of town until then. I will hold that spot for Paul until then. However, with only 1 vacant spot and not wanting to drag out the wait to fill that spot and also to avoid anymore confusion I feel it is best to state a time that this reserve will be lifted. At 9PM EST on Monday 12/12/2011, if Paul has not claimed the last spot, it will then become available to the first person who says they want it.

PS. just in case anyone is wondering you may put in that claim now. Then in the event that Paul does not want the last spot your claim will all ready be in place.

#1) are there no preseason transactions allowed?
#2) I am having trouble accessing the player set and stadiums, is there a link to find them or shall I just purchase a team to look?
(I can find the spreadsheet, but it does not show the cards or stadiums)
#3) When will the draft be, and what will the time limit be?
(I am often busy at work, and may not be on line for the draft time)
#4) I have signed up for diamonddope, and can see the draft page. Is there a way to do a mock draft so I can figure out how to set proxies? [/color:b20522fff2]
