How would I go about getting a 2011 Season Ratings disk?

...Or book. I've read it as both disk and book. Do they come in both forms?

What's the best way to order (cheapest and fastest)? Pre-ordering available? Is there a good link for this?

Have seen nothing regarding the 2011 yet.

Looks like last years announcement was on December 15 which was when the fielding ratings were released. Fielding ratings came out today so would expect info soon.

Something about being in a couple Keeper leagues now that drives me towards acquiring the rating disk/book.
