well Prado is a bit of a help but really, I should have traded for a doctor or team medic given the number of injuries that hit my team to so many different players around the time of the trade..:) :D

We've gone 18-12 since our trade with KD. Ubaldo & Kuroda 9-3 in that span, combined ERA of just under 3.00, WHIP around 1.00. All other Ps 9-9.

Thornton chipping in as well with 25 IP and 2.52 ERA, WHIP .88, so yeah, so far that move has worked out well for us, now we gotta close the deal...

No drama on closing night, as all the playoff spots have been locked up. Palmtana ran away in the East and locked up the top spot, as did Blue in the Central. Cubit made a run at Dickie, who held on to win the West. Qk outlasted Bob to take the wildcard - out of the East.

And my team - the team I had such high hope for - pissed around all year and will be lucky to reach .500

Congrats to the playoff teams - rest those starters boys, cuz tonight's games aren't very meaningful.

Thanks for the push KD. We will miss Doc next year but without that deal, I don't think I get past Bob.

Definitely resting starters, but Rollins unfortunately out for the playoffs. He was protection for Drew anyway so have to hope no other SS injuries.

Thanks Marc. Since I only have a $100M squad I figured Season 1 was a fluke. Now this. I guess there's hope for small market teams.
