Rules
1) Sign up for a team below, division assignments are pre-determined - see below

2.) Roster Rules
At all times your roster must be comprised exclusively from players carded from your selected team grouping with the exceptions noted below.

• For players that have cards with more than one team grouping (i.e. Roger Clemens, Frank Robinson), the team grouping with the higher value card has auto drafting rights. For example, Frank Robinson's highest value card is with the Orioles. If the Orioles do not auto draft Frank Robinson, he can be picked up by the Reds (and only the Reds) out of the free agent pool after the auto draft runs.

• In order to enhance competitive balance a few supplemental player assignments have been made. These assignments are below. For example, the Red Sox do not have auto draft rights to Fred Lynn. Fred Lynn has been assigned to the Orioles. If the Orioles do not auto draft Fred Lynn, the Red Sox can pick him up out of the free agent pool after waivers.

• If you have the drafting rights to a player, you can use ANY card version of that player. For example, if the KC/Oakland A's/Royals want to use the Cardinals version of Mark McGwire they can. Also if McGwire is not auto drafted by the KC/Oakland A's/Royals, and won in waivers by the Cardinals, the Cardinals can use either the Oakland or St. Louis version of McGwire.

• Because there are no pure relief pitchers and so few low priced scrubs from the Negro League pool, that team (and only that team) can supplement their rosters with 1 available pure free agent relief pitcher (any price) and 6 other free agents ($3 million or less) AFTER the Auto draft runs, during waivers. Therefore for the 23 other teams, you must protect players you do not want exposed to the NEL team by having them on your auto draft roster.

In order to comply with the auto draft requirements, the NEL team can select any pure relievers with an era of 5+ and salary of 500K as a place holder until they make their selections after the autodraft. If the placeholder player is on the AD list of another team, the NEL team needs to make that player available to the other team.

• NO Trades, you can do as many add/drops of players from your assigned team grouping as you wish
